Every week, we get the same questions… ‘Is my house suitable?’ ‘Where can I invest to work with a provider?’ ‘What areas are in demand at the moment?’ ‘How do I connect with providers to see if my home fits their requirements? Etc etc etc That’s why we’ve created the membership. A one-stop shop for landlords and providers. Landlords gain access to where providers need accommodation across the UK and providers can upload their requirements so landlords can see. Landlords and investors can also upload their own property to the portal so providers can see what’s available! The membership allows landlords to see where they can invest, where providers need houses and how they can help. Join the waiting list to become a member - link in the bio 🔗 Membership goes live TOMORROW Monday 2nd November! #connect #landlords #invest #property #socialcare by @socialhousingconnect
I am so excited for the launch of the Landlord & Investor membership on Monday 2nd November!!! 🚀 We are launching a membership that allows you to gain access to provider requirements in REAL time. We want to help providers find homes that suit their tenants’ needs, whilst also helping landlords gain long secure leases with a more hands-off approach. If your interested in the membership, comment LANDLORD and I’ll send you a link to join the waiting list! #property #landlord #investment #socialhousing #socialimpact by @socialhousingconnect

Why Social Housing? 👇🏽 (before an after images of one of projects!) 🫶🏽 Invest with impact - your property can help provide safe, suitable homes for people who need them. 👌🏽 Longer lease agreements - potentially more security and less frequent tenant turnover. 🤝 Work with established providers - partner with providers who manage day-to-day tenant support and property management, depending on your agreement. 🙌🏽 A more hands-off investment - reduce your direct involvement in finding and managing individual tenants. 💷 Predictable rental income - agreed rent can make cash flow easier to plan, subject to the lease terms and the provider meeting their obligations. 🔑 Reduced void risk - a lease may provide rental income even when a room or property is temporarily unoccupied, depending on the agreement. 📈 Scale your portfolio - explore opportunities to grow without managing every tenancy yourself. 🏡 Make better use of your property - suitable properties can meet the specific accommodation needs of social care and housing providers. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼 Build long-term partnerships - develop relationships with providers who understand your investment goals. 💚 Purpose alongside profit - create a property portfolio that aims to deliver financial returns and a positive community impact. 🛠️ Less day-to-day maintenance involvement - responsibilities can be allocated to the provider under the lease, so always check exactly what is covered. If you want to have access to providers’ requirements each week make sure you join the @socialhousingconnect waiting list to be first in line to know all about the landlord and investor ship membership! #socialhousing #supportedliving #investment #propertyinvestor #landlord by @socialhousingconnect

Wow looking back on this… I feel like a completely different investor now. I know SO much more nearly a year later than I did then. We hit alot of obstacles during this project, title split and back to brick refurb was a big project for us to take on as our first. Although we faced some really difficult times… having such a complex project has taught us so much. We are now a couple of weeks away from the social housing providers moving in their tenants and we can enjoy a handoffs experience as landlords for nearly 7 years. We are currently going through refinance on a 6 bed HMO in the heart of Nottingham, also for social housing and near completion on a large 5 bed for a children’s care provider. Boy does it feel good to be constantly learning, but also being able to put our knowledge into future project and deals for investors and clients. #property #project #socialhousingconnect #socialcare #investment by @socialhousingconnect

What an honour to feature in the Women In Property book written by @samuelleeds 🫶🏽 We’ve been in construction for 8 years and property for just over 2. @thegnrgroup & @socialhousingconnect invest time into social care, so whilst we refurbish homes for those I need, we are giving back. Great to be featured in this book amongst all the other amazing women doing bits in property! 🏠 Let’s go girls…. 🎵 #women #property #samuelleeds #book #womensupportingwomen by @socialhousingconnect
