Hello, a little reintroduction 🫶🏼 For those who are new here .. I’m Jessie, originally from Cork, Ireland 🇮🇪 and now calling Melbourne home! I first arrived in 2018 and have been back nearly four years.. I’ve been hairdressing for 15 years. Growing up neurodivergent, I struggled in school, but creativity was always where I felt most at home. It gave my brain the freedom to think differently 🧠 When I returned to Melbourne, WAVEZ was born. What started as a beachside yoga, breathwork and ice bath community grew into something bigger than I imagined, eventually leading me to open @infinite.co_ and @thelounge_stkilda 🛋️ Then came @dipandsipmelbourne 🥹🌊 and Sonas retreats, bringing my love for wellness back home to West Cork, with another retreat coming June 2027! 🇮🇪 It’s been a journey! So much heart, hard work and countless hours without a pay cheque just yet 🤭 hehe. But bringing people together is my absolute passion.. Alongside all this, I’ve spent years creating content, organising events, collaborating with brands and managing socials. For the past 1.5 years, I’ve worked alongside Lessi at @shadow.social, who I met on a campaign shoot. A lovely connection that opened a whole new creative world! 🎞️ From weddings and birthdays to christenings, events and brand campaigns, I’ve captured some pretty special moments. Most of this has happened behind the scenes (check my highlights!), so I thought it was time to give this creative side its own little home 🏡 And that’s how @socially_jess was born! 📸 A space to share my work, connect with more beautiful people and see where this adventure takes me. Here’s to creativity, community and following what lights you up 💡 Hehehe, thanks for listening! Jessie 🌀🌞 #contentcreator #irishinaustralia by @socially_jess
