☁️ “I don’t want to be on social media.” YAAAAAA. I KNOW. 😂 Trust me. This is 6 YEARS of me showing my face on social media. Do you think I enjoyyyyy itttt? Not really. 😂 But here’s the thing: it’s part of business. I wouldn’t have built SociallyBrooke into what it is today without showing up. Without being vulnerable. Without letting people get to know ME before they ever decided to work with me. Because people don’t just want the product or service anymore. They want the story. They want to know who is behind the brand. They want to feel like they know you before they ever meet you. They want to understand your values, your personality, your WHY — and why they should buy from you, work with you, or invest in you. The vulnerability. The authenticity. The connection. That didn’t happen because I hid behind the logo. It happened because I showed up. And now? It’s not just me. You get to know my team, the people behind SociallyBrooke, too. So if you’re sitting there thinking, “I really don’t want to be on social media…” I hear you. While everyone else starts slowing down, this is your chance to stay consistent, get in front of your audience, and jump ahead of your competition. Because the brands that are showing up now? ☁️ spend the DAY with me travelling for work edition 🛫 let’s talk about staying on routine & why this is so important for me especially when travelling. If anything, staying consistent with my routine becomes more important when I’m out of my normal environment. Different food. Different schedule. Long travel days. Less sleep. More social plans. It’s easy to let all of my usual habits go out the window. For me, keeping the basics consistent helps me feel my best movement, hydration, sleep, nutrition and actually knowing what my body needs. That’s also why I love the idea of getting a micronutrient test instead of blindly taking a million different vitamins and hoping something sticks. Because why guess when you can test? 👀 Knowing where my vitamin and mineral levels are at means I can be more intentional about what I’m supplementing with, rather than taking things just because they’re trending or someone on the internet said I should. @shopholistico offers this test and it’s a goodie you should check it out Consistency > perfection.
