The experience comes first and quality is part of the elegant experience‼️

Whenever we arrive to a venue, the first thing we always analyze is where do our speakers need to be to give everyone in the room the absolute best sound quality experience possible.

If we setup anywhere off center to the room, we still find a way to make sure the speakers are in the center that way the audio is centralized for all guests making the overall sound cleaner in the room and on the dance floor.

Also s/o to the amazing @tinrooffarmsvenue for creating such an incredible environment. You can't beat working with a team that not only has a beautiful space but an unbeatable attitude and work ethic!

How do you build a packed dance floor? It’s not luck. It's intentional.

Just like your florals and design, the energy of your night is planned. We don’t just play music…we design the experience.

Here are 5 tips to throw a wedding people actually stay for...

1. Keep formalities short and intentional.
Nobody came for a 45 minute speech. We use introductions to set the tone. Stack your key moments (toasts, first dances, etc.) close together and move on while the energy is still high. Momentum > tradition.

2. Cocktail hour = smooth, familiar, and vibey.
This sets the tone. Think recognizable but not overpowering. Genres like soul, acoustic, and light pop. We want people relaxed, talking, and subconsciously nodding their heads.

3. Dinner music should build, not plateau.
We start classy, then gradually introduce more rhythm and recognizable tracks toward the end of dinner so guests are already warmed up before dancing even starts.

4. We open the dance floor with guaranteed wins.
Classics, singalongs, and multi-generational hits get people out fast. Once the floor is full, then we can branch out.

5. We read the room and mix for them, not us.
This is the biggest one. We watch reactions, not a computer screen. If something hits, we ride it. If it flops, we pivot fast. A packed dance floor comes from flexibility, not a pre-planned setlist.

With those 5 things, you're setup for success. Now you just need a great DJ 😉
