เมื่อวานเราเห็นโพสต์หนึ่งในกลุ่มหางานที่ทำให้เราต้องหยุดอ่าน
เจ้าของแบรนด์คนหนึ่งกำลังตามหาพาร์ตเนอร์มาดูแลโซเชียลมีเดีย พร้อมเสนอส่วนแบ่ง 10%

เหตุผลที่เธอไม่กลับไปหาทีม freelance แบบเดิม? เพราะเธอเคยจ่ายให้ทีมนึงเดือนละ 100,000 บาท แต่สิ่งที่ได้กลับมาคือวิดีโอที่ถูกโพสต์แล้วก็จบ ไม่มีใครกลับมาคุยว่าผลลัพธ์เป็นยังไง ไม่มีใครถามว่าต่อไปควรทำอะไรต่อ

The post got 12 likes. My friend was probably 6 of them.😊

I’d spent three hours writing a caption I actually believed in. Filmed the b-roll twice. Edited until midnight. And it landed to silence.💤

Sitting there that night, I genuinely thought: if this is what the work looks like, I’m not sure I can keep going.

Here’s what I didn’t get yet - the problem wasn’t me, and it wasn’t my content. It was that I had no system. I was creating in isolation, guessing what would land, measuring my worth against an algorithm I didn’t understand.

The posts I agonised over most were the ones I’d thought about the least strategically.

Eventually I stopped trying to work harder and built a process instead. That’s the shift that changed everything - not overnight, but steadily.

If your effort isn’t matching your results right now, you’re not doing it wrong. You’re just missing the system.

I went quiet for months, and I owe you the real reason.🥹👀

💻Reason one: I’ve been building Sodales Studio 💚, a creative studio in Thailand, with a friend of mine since high school. After months in the Thai market I kept seeing the same gap: so many freelancers and studios go straight to producing content, with barely any strategy behind it. That’s what we’re closing. He runs production, I run strategy, and together we start with goals - not guesswork.

💻Reason two is more personal. I went quiet because I wanted every post to be perfect… so my best content just sat in my phone, never posted. It stressed me out. I’m done doing that.

If you’ve ever let ‘perfect’ keep you from posting, or you’re quietly building something of your own. Let’s be a little less perfect together. 🤍

โพสต์ทุกวัน แต่ยังไม่โต? ปัญหาอาจไม่ใช่ความถี่เลยนะ

เราเจอเคสนี้บ่อยมาก - คอนเทนต์สวย โพสต์ครบ แต่ไม่มีใครรู้ว่าแต่ละโพสต์มีไว้ทำอะไร พอไม่มีเป้า ก็เลยวัดผลไม่ได้ว่าอันไหนควรทำต่อ
3 เรื่องที่เราเช็คทุกครั้งก่อนโพสต์:

🎯 ตั้ง goals ก่อนคิดคอนเทนต์
📌 1 โพสต์ ทำหน้าที่เดียวพอ (เซฟ / แชร์ / ทัก)
