When the wood knows its best sides and the way it should be formed, you have to comply!!!

By bowls are featured in a magazine here in Sweden, and I’m so humble to have my bowls featured in such an amazing setting.

If you have the chance buy the latest edition of Lantliv and check it out. Many thanks to the people who produced the segment 🙏🏻

Ha en fin helg! by @soderomsyd

Platters… maybe even more useful than a bowl but somehow more modest, doesn’t demand attention but serves its space in a gentle subtle way. These are available at @slvrbrgs

Ash bowls! My favorite wood is beech, but after that is has to be ash. The Beauty of the wood is sometimes overwhelming. And I really like the look of unbalanced brown heart that splits your attention along the curves of the bowl

A simple bowl with features that has been around for thousands of years, it is nice to make and has a inherent quality of shape. I just can’t stop making these simple beaded rims with a slight closed form… by @soderomsyd

Simplicity is sometimes enough, these sallad bowls are similar but very different. But they share some kind of nakedness without any complex shape to hide behind or finish that alters their natural expressions. For a sallad bowl that’s just what you want…something organic to eat your organics from 🥦 by @soderomsyd

A little summary of what I’ve been mocking about with today 🕺

Really not comfortable as a photographer, and I’m such a novice. I’m glad my bowls look somewhat decent or I’d be in serious trouble 😬. Jokes aside, it’s been a fun day and spring is definitely in the air 😀😀😀

The once turned small beech vessels came out ok…

I consider these miniature prototypes, my idea is to make some really large in the same shape… however I find the size and shape to be very functional and useful

Soon in the webbshop

A little late night cooking in the kitchen…☺️ branding with my new smaller stamp so that the layout and proportion of stamp is more in balance with the bases.

Good night 😘
