This was a year tenderly held.

I started a new career.
I traveled.
I moved.
I began, continued, and ended relationships.
I loved. I cried. I changed.

Grandad, I love you.
Thank you for being gentle with me.
Thank you for always thinking of me.

Grandmom, I love you.
Thank you for fighting until God called you home.
Thank you for being a nurturer,
So in the end I could return that same love back to you.
I will always be your Sofi Sun.

I miss you both.
More than words can hold.
And somehow, with God at the forefront,
I’m still grateful for everything this year brought me;
Even the hard parts. by @soffsun
