Almost 2 months ago, I had the amazing opportunity to get to know and write about @hoesycorona incredible work for his exhibition Climatic Shocks at @praxis.newyork which ended today.

His work explores how climate crises affect our habitats and migratory patterns.

Ironically, the exhibition’s opening got re-scheduled due to a rare toxic air entering New York. A couple of days before that, this is what I wrote as the exhibition’s concluding thoughts:

“What would happen if what we are taking for granted about Nature, the air we breathe, being outdoors, the season of the year that we enjoy the most, ceased to exist in the place we inhabit?”

Thank you @praxis.newyork and @justina.gr 🫶🏻 taken in New York, New York by @sofi.festa
