Okay, you guys, it’s finally here and I am SO excited to share this! 🎉

It’s Sofia, and I’m officially the team captain for the Teal chapter team! On November 14 we’re walking together at Together in Teal Orlando by the NOCC, and I want you right there with us. 💚

September Book Club Recap 📚✨

Plot twists: 👀 Too many to count
Sanity: Subjective.

Mad Mabel kept us guessing with twists we definitely didn’t see coming, followed by a great discussion about what we thought was really going on.

The 4 main signs of ovarian cancer: bloating, pelvic or abdominal pain, trouble eating or feeling full quickly, and urinary urgency/frequency. There’s no reliable early screening test so if these symptoms last more than two weeks, see a doctor. @noccnational has so much more info on their page! Go give them a follow. September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. A women’s lifetime risk of dying from this disease is about 1 in 71 to 1 in 91 with most cases are not caught until later stages, because the signs are so easy to miss. I want that to change.
