Working on technical development with Sofia, a central attacking midfielder for Albion. She has great technical ability, and we’re focusing on quicker movement off the ball to complement those skills. Understanding when and where to move is essential for creating space, supporting teammates, and influencing the game from midfield. by @sofia2014g

Agility training focused on footwork, coordination, and change of direction, combined with technical development.

Completed 3 sets of 4 reps, progressively increasing the challenge while maintaining quality and consistency in each repetition.🔥🔥

Great drill to help athletes pass and move into the next space faster! ⚽️

Players often become flat-footed after making a pass, which puts them at a disadvantage when trying to move into the next space.

This is something I’ve been focusing on a lot more with Sofia. She is great technically and very confident with the ball. Now, we’re challenging her awareness, movement off the ball, and understanding of angles so she can become even more effective on the field! 🔥 by @sofia2014g
