I'm not a fan of change, so I pushed back making this post for as long as possible.

Joining this team in my Junior year was honestly a very spontaneous decision of mine, but it has changed the course of my junior year for the better, and given me some of my closest friends and a community where I feel accepted and wanted. Color guard has become my favoritepastimee and what I look forward to every day after school.

I wanted to say thank you to the seniors who have helped guide me and are now starting their next chapter in college, my junior friends who have constantly encouraged me, and to my coaches who believed in me enough to see potential in a shy, eager-to-please beginner. Even though this was only my first year in guard, learning and growing alongside my teammates has truly been an irreplaceable experience. Guard has become a second family to me because of you all. Love you guys lots, and I can't wait for the next season. Last one best one!!! by @sofia621799
