Where tango partnership begins…

Just a few month ago we were strangers, who’ve met during @tangotolondon ‘25, winning both🥇Leader and🥇Follower Milonguero category. And here we are, rehearsing together building a new Tango couple.

If this is not the sign for a successful partnership, what is? by @sofia_misha_tango

Second extract of our show in Israel ✨✨✨ 🌪️ (Colgada) Edition

Colgada is about precision, energy and perfect balance within the couple. Every time I do it, the hardest bit so far is not how to get to the right position (weight distribution, direction, shape).

It’s how to NOT PANIC 🙀 and keep this position till the end, getting out smoothly on the exact moment. And the longer Colgada goes — the harder it is to hold off the panic mode. When short I may not even realise Colgada is happening before it’s already over. But here it’s quite a long one (at least while dancing it feels like ages 🙈). So here I go, calming down my nerves 😌

Stage addiction ✨✨

Behind the curtain look at yesterday performance in Israel 🇮🇱 Thank you @pershtein for the invitation to perform with you and your team on such an incredible show 🌟❤️

Performing on stage for me is one of the best feelings in the world. It’s magical and thrilling. Stages are different and this one in particular is a concert stage, not a competition one. And it adds a social flavour. I would not say it’s less pressure, as you want to dance your best and want the audience to enjoy. And even as it’s not an “official” competition your performance will be judged anyways. But still, dancing on the concert stage allows more freedom, creativity and expression, rather than focusing more on technique.

Do you feel any difference between dancing competition vs concert on stage yourself?

Mundial 2026 Tango Escenario 🖤❤️

I’m so grateful to have an opportunity to dance on this stage. Of course there is tremendous amount of work behind this but also a lot of luck for everything to happen and match.

Huge thanks to @juanymanuela.tango — maestros who made this dream come true ✨🤗

Thank you @larisa_weddingdresses for going (and keep being) on the long journey creating perfect Tango dress and image with me 🌟

And of course massive thanks to my incredible partner @bubismisha without whom nothing off this would be possible. We took this risk and I’m so glad we did it together! I’m the luckiest follower in the world to have you in the team ❤️
