Tango Women Technique & Barre Artistic course Jan-Deb’26 — it’s a wrap! I’m super proud of each and everyone finishing the course ❤️ Dancing the choreography all together was very special and empowering. Love the energy! And see you on the next one in March 🌸 by @tango.core
Why dance Tango Barre? ✨Part 3 Technique & Control Slow everything down or speed it up working on precision to see what lasts. Polish the details: posture, balance, pivots, footwork, coordination, stability and timings. No partner. No pressure. Just you and the music to focus on and polish what you need. Come try Tango Barre and discover what your tango can feel like when you give yourself complete freedom to play. 💃 DM for more 💫 by @tango.core

“You need to hit me” — words of my maestro that still play in my head every time I do a boleo 😅 ⚠️ Tango translation: touch your OWN hip with your free leg 🙈 I actually find it a great boleo exercise: try to reach your hip with your free leg — preferably on beat. It forces you to work on: • amplitude — actually allowing the free leg to travel • precision — knowing exactly where that leg is going • timing — making the contact land with the music And, as a bonus… a good boleo comes with its own special sound effects 😂💥 Technique, musicality and percussion — all in one. ✨✨✨ Omg I’m obsessed with my new tango shoes from @moshmoshfashion 🌟 so sassy, immediately boost my confidence and elevate my mood 🙌💕🌟 #argentinetango #tangolondon #tangobarre by @tango.core

The final pose — the pose you need to get to no matter what. And once reached — the moment when you know — you did it! When it comes to variation you know you very close to the finish line. Most of the choreo already done. But there is no time to relax. Now comes the hardest — keeping the focus, when end seems so close, when music gets louder and audience starts cheering knowing culmination is coming. And if you stay focused, don’t get the emotions and thoughts overtake the body movement — you get to the end. To the final pose. You finished the Escenario routine. All to the end. So now you can breathe and enjoy the applause’s and audience. Tango Escenario Mundial 2026 📍 @usinadelarte BA, Argentina by @tango.core
The moment which defines everything This moment when the dance embrace begins — the dance begins. If it goes well and embrace is present, true and comfortable the dance is gonna go well. Otherwise immediate stress poses the body for the whole dance ahead and it takes a lot of skill to manage it and overturn back to calm, focus and dance. Playing around while don’t have a partner 💫 it’s good to have a break from soo much focus on following the leader and now follow more the music and my own structures 🙌 Find it very good exercise both for couple dancing, as I work more on self expression, musicality to have a foundation and tools when it gets to the couple dancing. As well as for my own growth as a dancer and personally satisfying my urge of self expression, femininity and playfulness with no responsibility apart for myself ✨ by @tango.core
