We are the echoes of our ancestors. Our lives are the ending to a sentence they began. 🦜   We are excited to share that the first set by @regeneratefrequency is out. This ecstatic dance journey weaves a tapestry of world electronic beats and traditions, honoring the diversity of places and cultures that our ancestors come from. This set is an offering to them.🪽   Link to listen is in the bio 🎶   Deep bow of gratitude to @sofia_sturla for your music and your devotion to agüita. Looking forward to remixing more of your beautiful music. 🌊   #regenerate #regeneratefrequency #ecstaticdance #costarica #worldhouse #organichouse #ancestors taken in Alegría Village by @sofia_sturla

Thank you @aniwa.co for such an amazing and transformative Aniwa Gathering this year. The entire experience was a ceremony for me. Before, during, after….. I came home with a grounded glow. I am still feeling its depth. Thank you for all of the wisdom shared by the Elders and Wisdom Keepers of Native Peoples and the reverence held in this community. Thank you for the vision and mission of gathering in this way. With so many questions about the state of the world and where things are going, this feels like one of the answers. I am so grateful to share my art and craft here. I received so much abundance in connection and inspiration. Thank you, Great Spirit, for imbuing my channel with so much creativity. Thank you to all of the friends, old, new, and eternal, who have blessed me with so much love and presence. Special thanks to @earthandsoul.rituals for being my best buddy in it all. Thank you to the organizers and leads who trusted me with my work. I am greatly looking forward to working with you all again next year! To many more 🌈💖🌳💐🐚💦🔥🌟🙏🏼 by @sofia_sturla

For our Woman’s Day Retreat on Feb 1st… 🌹**Herb ‘N’ Art with Sound Healing will be led by Sofia Sturla** 🌹 After dinner, we will immerse ourselves in various medicinal herbal teas and essential oils while guided by the talented artist Sofia Sturla, who will teach us the art of drawing human features. To maintain a meditative state, we will journey through a healing cosmic soundscape featuring crystal singing bowls, a 40-inch gong, wind gong, drums, rattles, flute, and chimes. 🌹Little Big About Sofia..🌹 Sofia Sturla is a self taught fine artist and leather crafter. She derives her inspiration from nature, travels, and spiritual experiences. Portraits for Sofia are expressions of the human spirit that transcends language and time. She has applied her unique technique of using colors and shapes to create faces that evoke an anthropological and ancestral connection. taken in Illinois by @sofia_sturla
