#alsace I grew up around there, Always a pleasure to go back in the region with the pretty houses, beautifull illuminated streets, the smells of christmas and nice restaurants. 🎄🎅 I can remember all the good memories .. and realize many years later the chance to grow up there. #whatareyougreatfulfortoday ? Mon premier congrès Niçois au Brésil 🇧🇷. Everyday, I consciously try to find gratitude in the ordinary things that we often take for granted. It's not about something extraordinary, but appreciating what makes our day optimistic . Recently, I spent few days in Nice, for work actually, and I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the many things that made each day really cool. Waking up to a cup of coffee with a view.. , taking a 5-minute break to breathe in the fresh sea air.. presenting my pitch in a beautiful public space.. listening salsa at a Brazilian party and more are just few examples. Happiness is everywhere, and it's often found in the small things we don't always pay attention to. It's important to appreciate these moments as they contribute to our overall positivity. #thinkpositive #happiness #gratitude #begratefulforwhatyouhave #appreciateeverymoment taken in Nice Côte d'Azur by @sofiab_blk

#havingfun Why having fun is the key of success ? In the collective unconscious, the idea that work is an effort, almost a pain.. is still very much ingrained. Yet, working with pleasure, having fun, in a team with sympathy and kindness allows one to go higher.. further.. faster..
By having fun, all negative and polluting thoughts are eliminated and the brain is allowed to develop its creative side. Taking pleasure is the key to greatest successes. #berlin #consultinglife #eyesurgery #bestteamever #wedidit #tryingtochangetheworld #thefuture taken in Berlin, Germany by @sofiab_blk
