Although I had a shortened track season, I am grateful that I was still able to support and spend time with my teammates! Thank you to my friends, parents, and coaches helping me on my recovery journey! @driftmopv by @sofiaherf.pv.2026

Recently, I discovered I had a torn labrum, prompting me to opt for surgery sooner rather than later due to the lengthy recovery time. Although I will not have the opportunity to compete a full season, I was able to compete a few times and match my PR. I already feel the absence of the track, competition, and my team. Though I am aware of the challenges ahead during recovery, I am eagerly anticipating my return to the track!
