Flore Laurentienne

I’ve been painting for a while now, and more recently I’ve found myself drawn to watercolors. There’s something almost magical about watching the pigment dissolve into water, creating crazy unexpected patterns. And yes, I said watching: with watercolors, you’re as much an observer as you are a painter 👁️

Working with watercolors means learning everytime to release the need to control every outcome. It’s an invitation to stay curious and follow where the paint decides to go. And I am learning to find beauty in that surrender. Looking forward to share more of this work with you! 🎨👩🏻‍🎨🖼️🌀 taken in Lausanne, Switzerland by @sofialelis

Space-Time Records: what would my dream psychedelic music label be like? Turn the sound on to discover some explorations from my first dive into @cavalry.app 🌀

These trippy covers came to life during a workshop with the talented @antonin.work at @ecal_dxd. Each animation is a journey into movement, color and hypnotic patterns inspired by the sound waves of @allahlas @thebaberainbow and @kinggizzard.

Big thanks to everyone who made it happen 🌞

🌊 NATURAL FLOW 🌊

Wu Wei: from the Tao, it is a path, a way of being, a state of harmony and flow of life. Being fully present and responsive to the moment, without the need to control outcomes. To become like a wave in the ocean, that naturally finds its way to the beach and back again into its energy wave form. And still, being the ocean, not the wave.

Take it easy, but take it!🌞

A while ago I made a poster with this same quote by Terence McKenna. It seems that it’s still a valuable reminder…
