I finally finished this raptor 🦖
I handled everything - Modelling, Texturing, Rigging, Shading, Lighting & Rendering.
All done in Autodesk Maya.

Huge Thanks to Mr. Argo, My lecturer & the best teacher i've ever had.
He taught me that being a 3D artist also means being kind of engineer, combining art with logical thinking, precision and problem solving, especially in Rigging.

And Thanks to Mr. jay Howse (@jay_howse_3d_art ), your work in 3D Artist Magazine truly inspired me to create this piece 💫

Hey everyone,
I just finished my first project of 2025,
VELOCIRAPTOR

3D Model, Texture, Lighting, Render were all done by Me.
Software used: Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter 3D.

Special Thanks to Mr. Argo for his valuable mentoring and guidance throughout the process.

Anyway, This artwork is based on the incredible work of @jay_howse_3d_art , featured on the cover of 3D Artist Magazine. The level of detail blew me away, and it motivated me to challenge myself and try recreating it.
