honestly?
i thought moving to a new country would complete me.

and don’t get me wrong, it did change things.
new faces, new places, a whole new version of me on the outside.

but inside? i was still carrying the same stuff.

the real shift didn’t happen because i left.
it happened because i finally started looking at what i brought with me.

healing from the inside? that is where everything actually changed.

but here is the thing,
it didn’t happen overnight.
and it’s not happening fast.
transformation comes slowly.

some days you don’t even notice it.
but it is there.

i’m not there yet. still in the middle of it.
some days good, some days hard.
