Namaste & welcome to my new yoga instagram! My name is Sofia and I am a Certified Yoga Instructor. I am excited to share my passion for this practice with all of you!

Here’s a bit about me and my background: I did my first training in Houston, Texas at Black Swan Yoga at the beginning of last year. It was 200 hours in Vinyasa and I loved it! After that I began practice teaching on my friends and family but I decided I wanted to learn even more, so I did a 500 hour training in Ashtanga & Hatha at Bali Yoga School in Indonesia. I have been teaching private classes to all levels and ages since I came back from Bali, and I’m loving every minute of it. Follow along for pictures of my journey & for updates on local and private classes. by @sofiniyogini
