๐Ÿ”ฅ SURVIVORโ€™S FLAME ๐Ÿ”ฅ Life gives you moment of false gratitude or pleasures. It's easy to believe them, only to find they aren't really what drives you forward, and truly isn't what you are looking for or really what is for YOU.. So you have the choice to let it take over you.. or you take over it! So whatever you are going through don't let it blow out your flame, let your Survivor's Flame burn, strong, high, HOT! So First take control.. then figure out what is for you.or better yet,, what is .. YOU! ๐Ÿง : Sophia MarrapodiBove @sofire_dancer ๐ŸŽฅ: @jayplayimagery ๐ŸŽถ: Survivor - @2weimusic @thisiseddahayes Cast: @itsmarymoretti @campbn_ @baileyybeee @lele.ballet @m_craiggers @iamdandaraveiga @kelskemp1 @__.feifei.__ @jojoyvita @arleeesss @giordanogabrielli78 @sofire_dancer by @sofire_dancer

Heels on. Problems gone. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ”ฅ We wobble. We laugh. We transfer weight in ways that make you feel. ๐Ÿ˜‚ We work balance, control & REAL heel technique โ€” with a little hip-hop, street, jazz & a LOT of personality. โœจ First time in heels? Youโ€™re safe here. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Been dancing in them? Youโ€™re getting challenged. No pressure. No perfection. Just heels, movement & a good time. See you Saturdays at 4PM for Open Heels at PMT House of Dance. ๐Ÿ‘  @pmthouseofdance Every week is open โ€” you might get a full breakdown, technique-focused classโ€ฆ or a challenge that pushes you out of your comfort zone. And youโ€™re always welcome. ๐Ÿ–ค Come dance. Come learn. Come have fun. by @sofire_dancer

โœจ Folded โœจ This ended our Folded Performance Workshop! Fit to Dance. So grateful for the second series to be sold out and so much gratitude to all the ladies that put in the work. Love yall!!! And cuz Iโ€™m human.. I could sit here and start this caption explaining or justifying or nitpick the flaws that I see so I know you do. , so if I say them first, you noticing them wonโ€™t matter (๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜’) but I wonโ€™tโ€ฆ If Iโ€™m teaching my students to not say what they donโ€™t like then I need to do the same!!! So I have nothing negative to say and Iโ€™m just proud of all the dancers in here that danced with me and allowed me to be me! But I do have to say the hair flips were HAIRFLIPPINGGGGGGG ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿคฉ ๐ŸŽฅ: @twincitytv (mad love for ya) ๐Ÿ“: @phreshnyc ๐ŸŽถ: @kehlani Folded #aldoshoes #heels #sofirechoreography #14weeks by @sofire_dancer
