Food on the Road! I was lucky enough to travel to Maine back in March—where I had my first lobster roll at Becky’s Diner in Portland. Picture sweet, juicy pieces of crab on a toasted bun with dollops of fresh mayo. I’m not sure it gets better than this.

Giving a nod to my favorite coffee shop in Oxford, Heartbreak. This spinach quiche has a slight spicy kick, plus a perfectly thick, just-cooked crust that has a slight doughy texture, keeping things soft and flavorful. Plus, this will probably always be to-die-for chai.
