‘Born Out There’ is out now! 🌿✨

For this first EP on the label, Ams presents two original tracks: a progressive club and an ambient one, both built using field recordings captured in the Pyrenees.
@remikaval delivers a percussive remix with an atmospheric touch, out on February 6. Coming from the same region, his contribution was a natural choice to mark the beginning of the project, in the place where it all started.

Pyrenees-based, DJ and producer Kaval - called the King of Drums - is known for his percussive, MPC-driven sound, blending heavy rhythms with video game samples.

He delivers a percussive yet atmospheric remix, featuring Sonic ring sound effect 🦔🌀 + field recordings captured in the Pyrenees ⛰️

Né de ma connexion à la nature et pensé comme un espace d’exploration sonore, @soft__earth is born! 🌿💚

Ce premier EP, Born Out There, s’appuie sur des field recording que j’ai captés dans les Pyrénées, accompagné d’un remix de @remikaval ⛰️
 Un projet où je prends le temps d’écouter et laisse les fréquences organiques guider la musique.

Ams lance son nouveau label soft earth.

Pensé comme un espace d’exploration sonore, soft earth se construit autour de textures organiques et de field recordings, capturés au fil de balades et de voyages. Chaque EP agit comme une empreinte : celle d’un moment précis, d’un paysage, transformé en musique à partir des sons du réel.

Pour inaugurer le label, son EP “Born Out There” puise dans les Pyrénées, là où Ams a grandi. Entre house progressive et ambient, le projet traduit un territoire en fréquences, complété par un remix de Kaval, lui aussi originaire de la région.

Une première sortie qui pose les bases d’une démarche sensible, où prendre le temps d’écouter devient un acte de création.
