Blueberry Cloud Matcha with homemade blueberry syrup, creamy milk, smooth matcha and the fluffiest cloud on top — somehow it tastes even better from the Starbucks teddy cup. 😭🤎

🫐 Homemade blueberry syrup: blueberries + a little sugar + splash of water, simmered until jammy
🥛 Milk + ice
🍵 1 tsp matcha + 50ml warm water
☁️ Finish with cold foam

Layer, pour, admire for approximately 10 seconds… then destroy the layers. 😂

Honey Cinnamon Shaken Espresso 🍯☕️

Sweet honey espresso, warm cinnamon and the dreamiest cinnamon-frothed milk — simple, cosy and SO good. 🍂🤎

☕ 2 shots espresso
🍯 1–2 tsp honey
🤎 Cinnamon
🥛 Milk of choice
🧊 Ice

Froth the milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Shake the espresso with honey + another pinch of cinnamon and ice, then pour over and finish with that cinnamon foam. ☁️

Creamy, nutty, slightly sweet and somehow SO good. Consider this another experiment that might actually make the future café menu. 🤎

Recipe:
🍵 1 tsp matcha + 50ml warm water
🥜 1 tbsp peanut butter @pipandnut
🥛 150ml milk
🧊 Ice

Used @arimimatcha creamy and silky texture

Mix the peanut butter + sweetener with a splash of warm milk until smooth. Add ice + milk, then pour your freshly whisked matcha over the top.

Banana Toast Cloud Matcha — banana, honey + cinnamon underneath, creamy matcha in the middle and the dreamiest cinnamon cold foam on top. ☁️🤎

Recipe:
🍌 ½ ripe banana
🍯 1 tsp honey
🤎 Pinch of cinnamon
🥛 150ml milk
🍵 1 tsp matcha + 50ml warm water
🧊 Ice

Cinnamon cloud ☁️
🥛 50ml double cream
🥛 Splash of milk
🤎 Cinnamon
🍯 Touch of honey or vanilla

Mash banana + honey + cinnamon, add ice and milk, pour over your whisked matcha, then finish with cinnamon cold foam.
