I thought I would reintroduce myself to those who are new here...

I'm Natalie 👋 and I've been a cosmetic tattoo artist for 5 years now. I specialise in all techniques of brow tattoo, and lip tattooing. I was a makeup artist for over 15 years and loved giving women confidence and the creative outlet. Now I get to do that on a more permanent scale 😄

I'm also a mum to an 11 year old girl, and a 2.5 year old boy who keeps me very busy when I'm not working 😅 my partner owns a skip bin truck so is also self employed, so we love having our own businesses for the flexibility it provides for our family.

I'm also a huge animal lover, especially of birds. You'll see a few here, if you're a client of mine 🥰 So I can give you random animal and bird facts during your appointment, if requested 😂
I have a professional salon attached to our house, which gives me the convenience of just having to walk downstairs to go to work.

The process of lip blush and why it is done in a minimum of 2 sessions… here’s before, immediately after, healed before touch up, and fully healed after touch up… see the difference?

The touch up completed the process and her lips are still her own but more defined with cold sore scarring evened out.

It’s been a pretty full-on few weeks with moving house, and I’m finally getting a minute to share the lash line work that won me 1st Place at the @lashindustryawards 🥹🏆

I do lash line a little differently to the traditional approach, so I honestly had no idea what to expect when I entered. I definitely wasn’t expecting to take out 1st place!

I also couldn’t make it along to the awards with everything that was going on, so finding out I’d won was such a lovely surprise!

The first photo is fresh and what I entered, and the second photo was healed at touch up. The brows were also right in the middle of healing at the time of the first photo!

Thank you so much to @lashindustryawards for recognising my work, sending my award, and for putting on such a great industry event.

And a HUGE thank you to my amazing trainer Ari from @studio.vii7 for showing me her ways and convincing me to learn lash line tattoo 😘

SWIPE 👉 Cosmetic tattooing isn’t just about giving you the result you ask for today, it’s about considering how that result will look, heal and age over time.

A few things I’ll always prioritise:

• I’ll recommend removal over colour corrections when I think it’s the better option.
Sometimes adding another colour simply adds another layer to an already complicated canvas. Starting with removal can give us a much better foundation for your long-term result.

• I’ll say no when I don’t think a treatment is right for you.
Your face, skin and individual circumstances matter more to me than making a booking.

• I’ll tell you when I think a different brow style will suit you better.
Sometimes what you initially picture isn’t necessarily what will complement your features best — and I’ll always be honest about that.

• I’ll prioritise the health of your skin over getting you the result you want immediately.
More pigment or more passes isn’t always better. Healthy skin comes first, even if that means taking things slower.

• I won’t refresh your brows just because it’s been a year.
There’s no automatic “one year = refresh” rule. If your existing pigment hasn’t faded enough, adding more can create unnecessary saturation. If they’re not ready, I’ll tell you.

• I’ll choose a softer result over a trend that won’t age well.
Trends come and go. Your brows are on your face for years, so I’d rather create something timeless, balanced and designed to age gracefully.

• I won’t tattoo over skin that needs more time to heal.
Even if you’re keen to get your brows done sooner, I won’t work on compromised, irritated or recently treated skin just to get the appointment done.

Because good cosmetic tattooing isn’t just about how your brows look when you leave the studio.

Fully healed combination brows! Before, fresh and fully completed and healed.

I don’t often see the fully healed until a refresh is due, but my client is going through eyeliner laser removal journey with me so I got to see her completely healed brows 🥰 She tints her brow hair so I was able to go a little bit darker with the pigment. You can see how soft they heal, and how the pigment cools down in tone.

Framed these beautiful blue eyes with new soft powder brows after I removed the old Microblading she had done elsewhere years ago. Swipe for how they were before laser.

✨ EYELINER LASER REMOVAL ✨

A little behind-the-scenes from Juliette from @perfection_enhanced trusting me with her eyeliner laser removal 🤍

The eye shield insertion can look a little scary, but I’m super gentle with this part and take my time to make sure you’re comfortable and know exactly what’s happening before we begin.

There were a couple of moments where the noise definitely gave her a fright 😂 — but once we got going, she was surprised by just how quick the procedure was and that it was not overly painful.

Thank you for trusting me with this one, Juliette 🫶🏼 I can’t wait to see that old pigment fade!
