It’s going to be a great year, I can feel it

This birthday was a reminder of just how full life can be when you’re surrounded by the right people. 🤍
The love I received was immense.

I think that’s the real gift, isn’t it? Not just the birthday itself, but the people who show up. The ones who don’t measure you by your flaws, but simply love you for who you are.

I was 75kg.
Now I’m 60kg.

It didn’t happen overnight.
It was the small choices, the days I didn’t feel like it, but I showed up anyway.

Somewhere in those 3–4 months, everything shifted.
And now I feel better than I ever have.

If you’re stuck, then you shouldn’t be trying to do everything perfectly, you just need to start doing it consistently.
