growth happens when you become willing to temporarily feel uncomfortable for something you want more than comfort 🌱🧘🏽‍♀️

the life and version of yourself you already know exist inside your comfort zone. becoming someone new requires crossing its edge.

once you grow, what once felt uncomfortable can eventually become your new normal.

i’m struggling with consistency in working out and being more physically active, and doing more self care such as taking vitamins, doing hair mask, etc. i just work and then chill until bed time

“comfort” here doesn’t necessarily mean happiness or peace is bad. it means staying only with what is familiar because it asks nothing new of you so i need to be more willing to push through fear, frustration, and discomfort

my niche is happiness — not in a fake “everything is perfect” way, but in a way that’s intentional
i am drawn to things that bring peace, fulfillment, self-awareness, freedom, and real joy.

i think happiness is something you create through mindset, healing, experiences, and the way you choose to live your life

i’m blessed that I didn’t get everything I wanted in the moment, because it led me toward what I truly needed and what was actually meant for me…

everything happens for a reason — sometimes when things don’t work out, it’s really protection and redirection

what feels like a loss at first can actually be you dodging what wasn’t meant for you so better things can find their way into your life

once you become aware of and learn to control your own thoughts, you gain the ability to take control of your life. negative thoughts cannot create a positive life.

positive and focused thinking can make you more motivated, consistent, confident, and open to opportunities
