This post i dedicate to my health.

I have been diagnosed with PMOS more than 10 years ago. Wich is a hormonal and metabolic disfunction. I have been struggling with weight gain, hair loss, facial hair extreme mood swings anxiety, irregular periods and the list goes in and on. After years of quite literally talking to a wall when going to the doctor I found some professionals that actually where able to help me and read my test right. I have a high insulin resistance and taking now medicine that help me with that. I feel at this point myself have become an expert in my health already. I finally was able to take some action and follow a plan on how to eat and live that would reduce my symptoms and lower my inflammation so that I finally can be in charge of my own health again.
The reason I am choosing these images for this topic is that I bought this skirt pants combo from René Lezard more than a year ago from Vinted and I was so heart broken because it wouldn't fit me. I wasn't used to my constantly expanding body that had so much water retention and inflammation that there was periods i only wore stretchy leggings because everything else would make me uncomfortable. I really didn't recognize my body anymore at some times.
But when I tried on my skirt pants yesterday and they fit perfectly, I realized I am on the right track and that I have finally managed to turn my health around. I still have some work to do and being on a strictly vegan anti inflammatory diet comes with its own challenges. But if that is what i need to do to feel healthy again I am more than happy to to do so. Thanks for reading.

We are all worried about AI, and honestly, I think it is absolutely legit to be afraid of it changing our jobs or making our skills feel obsolete.
But what I never want to forget is the human connection and the offline experiences we all need and are constantly looking for.
