6 months of prep made me realise that this isn’t just about Hyrox.

I started 2026 on the lowest of lows. 0 workouts put in for the first 3 months. I used the commitment to race in Hyrox as an escape and that’s exactly what kept me going. The discipline & commitment allowed me to partake in a lot of events & ace them.

The post Hyrox downer is real. Not being able to look forward to something or work towards it is crazy. But I guess, that’s another 10,000+ people going through it as well.

Setting up a goal that seems crazy to achieve is what l I’ll be dialing into for 2027.

Always for the mind, never for the body.

The next training block is going to hit different.
