Bangkok thru our lens: SOI35 is back to its hometown, where it all started, with a guest @arrafi , a traveller, a neighbor, and a friend as he acquainted himself quite well with our home.

This is a city loved by many not for just anything, but for its spirit, the glistening bangkok skyline, the little alleyways that’s tucked in between busy streets that is home to the ever flavourful thai cuisine. those little pieces makes the full, lively character of Bangkok that we know and love.

That is the very root of Soi 35, where we come to serve you our story through the lens of food.

This SUNDAY (11OCT) SOI35 is bringing a Thai touch to the French local ingredients at @caprice_paris

We are bringing home-cooked Thai flavors to the French wine bar for one night, with curated selection of local wines. Along with @enzocalvo and @rachanon.kmjrv we are bringing home closer in Paris!

POP-UP 11 & 12 OCTOBRE 2026

Deux soirs seulement, dimanche et lundi, deux jours où Caprice est habituellement fermé.

Pour ce pop-up @soi35paris prend possession de la cuisine. Un collectif de créatifs venus d’horizons différents, réunis autour d’un même amour pour la cuisine thaïlandaise. Ils jouent avec ses saveurs, leurs souvenirs et leurs différentes influences pour l’emmener ailleurs.

Une cuisine thaïlandaise libre, contemporaine et loin des évidences.

Two nights only, Sunday and Monday — two days when Caprice is usually closed.

For this pop-up, SOI35 takes over the kitchen. A collective of creatives from different backgrounds, brought together by a shared love of Thai food. They play with its flavours, their memories and different influences to take it somewhere new.

Thai food, free from convention, contemporary and far from the obvious.

SOI35 x @finca.shop.coffee : Born from a friendship between SOI35 and Finca, Roots & Roads brings Thailand and Colombia to the same table. Inspired by the flavours we grew up with, the places we’ve travelled and the ingredients we share, the menu takes familiar Thai and Colombian roots down a few new roads.

The menu is served à la carte as a selection of small plates, designed to be shared. At SOI35, we believe the best meals are meant to be enjoyed together, so we invite you to order a few dishes for the table, pass them around and try a little of everything.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to *Centre for Orangutan Protection (COP)*, supporting their work to protect, rescue, rehabilitate, release, and provide sanctuary care for orangutans, while also combating wildlife crime and the ongoing threats to their habitat.

This Saturday, @gelartikar.paris & SOI35 come together around the table for an evening of Indonesian communal dining, sharing food while supporting a cause close to home.

All profits from the evening will be donated to @orangutan_cop in East Kalimantan (Kalimantan Timur), supporting their work in the rescue and rehabilitation of orangutans and the protection of their threatened habitats.

A small correction from our poster: the organisation is based in East Kalimantan, not West Kalimantan (Kalimantan Barat) as previously mentioned.

This collaboration between neighbours and SEAblings is brought together by a shared closeness to home, and the flavours, memories, and traditions that make it feel not so far away.

SOI35 x @verynicebar : LIVE IN BANGKOK recap!
We brought @soi35paris back to the motherland for one night with @theethad.j , from Paris to Bangkok.

Founded in Paris, inspired by the life back home, this pop-up brings together the two worlds, Thai inspired French food.

Thank you @verynicebar for hosting us, best host so far 🤍
and @pangsutinee for screaming in the kitchen
