Hyunjin x Howl 💫
- Swipe for closeup :)
What’s your fav scene from Howl’s Moving Castle??
I’m back from the dead and I’ve finally completed my first Hyunjin fanart. I’ve always wanted to draw blonde Howl and Hyunjin just suited the look too perfectly to resist. This portrait took an unholy amount of time to finish, istg I thought the bg would be the end of me 🫠 I had so much fun with the hair though, so that made up for the slow torture of the background.

Happy Yoongi day! 🪐
This is my entry to @blackwellchaos ‘s #moonlight_2kdtiys
I interpreted the theme ‘Passion for Music’ by examining what music does for me. Listening to music allows me to find an escape when I need one. To completely be absorbed by the sounds and melodies. It drowns out my thoughts when I need it to and shifts the world around me, for me to feel safe and in control in. A private safe haven, like a protected space under a calm sea.

“If the world sees us as having a positive influence, then I need to try to adjust and match my actions and thoughts to those values.” - Jeon Jungkook
- Swipe for close-up :)
My entry for @munheart_0 ‘s ‘Idol’s Duality’ dtiys
#munheart4k

The theme of Idol’s Duality had me thinking of Jungkook’s title as the ‘golden maknae’. He’s seen as the one who is good at everything he tries, an expectation that would leave anyone feeling pressured to live up to. Society’s expectations of him have placed Jungkook on a pedestal, but Jungkook remains to be a person with great humility who continuously strives towards self-improvement. Jungkook is incredibly passionate and in the past his passion would reach to an extent that could leave him feeling defeated and doubting his abilities when it took him longer to perfect something.
This passion paints him in bold colours, which contrasts to his perception of himself as a “very ordinary person”. This is where I see duality.
I strongly admire his humility, as it goes to show that fame, fortune and the celebrity spotlight cast on him have just inspired Jungkook to further self-reflect and to continue learning and growing as a person. He is able to step away from society’s fixed perception of who he is and he continues to ask himself “who am I?”, in order to pursue self-growth.

Uarmyhope - Brilliant sun ☀️ throughout darkness.
It’s Hobi day aaaa!
Who else is getting strong PTD vibes from this- Istg it wasn’t the initial intention lmao 🤠
Imagining hobi stretching like this before an epic display of dance power 🔥
I specifically wanted to contrast dark and light with this drawing. And I’ve been wanting to platinum Hoseok for far too long already....

“I want to plant a seed in your mind, some tiny particle of thought that bears a remnant of me.”
Make way for Advisor Min! 🐱
- Swipe for close-up :)
This Yoongi is for @apollo_cant_draw 🖤, since he introduced me to the au ‘Kill Them All’ (pt. 1 of ‘It’s Just Chess’), which inspired this drawing.
(This totally isn’t an incentive for 7’ Hoseok or anything…👀)
Yoongi is a ruthless, gorgeous Omega who doesn’t think twice about slaughtering his way to obtaining what he wants.
I added small fangs and crystals by his eyes to show his deadly beauty.
The metal claws are Yoongi’s self-defence weapons and a courting gift bestowed upon him by Captain Jung. Very useful for slicing up hitmen.
Hoseok also gifts Yoongi a bouquet of deadly poisonous black Ophelia flowers, which are incorporated into the snake tattoo on his arm - the snake representing the Min Dynasty.

Mix the colours in the palette, pick your filter. Which me do you want? - Jimin [ Filter ] 🕺🏻💃
-
#bangtanxsolo
-
In Filter, Jimin presents himself as a palette of appearances from which we are invited to choose that which appeals to us.
Filter is a song that I find enchanting and hypnotising. I chose to draw this background, because a bar/club is a place where identity becomes anonymous. People will see you and believe in what they assume from your appearance. The colours represent jimin’s ability to transcend between gendered clothing and transform their meanings to suit his own desire.
-
Thank you @amyr_illustrates and @artby._.sv for hosting and inviting me to this gorgeous collab. <3
It was my first time to draw a detailed background and it’s thanks to this theme that i was inspired to create it. :)
