Tu hermana que te quiere muchísimo❤️ by @sol.guisard

Proud to be flying out tomorrow to my 4th European Championships to represent Germany🇩🇪🫧

It still feels a little surreal, and I’m pretty sure little me would be proud of how far this journey has taken me🥹

This season definitely wasn’t an easy one, which makes qualifying for these Championships alongside my mixed duet partner @robin.whn @mixedduet_munich feel even more special.

Now it’s time to enjoy every moment of this experience, trust all the work we’ve put in, and leave everything we have in the water❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

@europaris2026 we‘re coming for you!!!💧

Jaaaaaa, OK! @robin.whn 🤝

Already a huge thank you to everyone who helped make this possible🫶

HYROX Berlin 2026 | Mixed Doubles

Somehow it’s always hot when I race in Berlin… tb to Berlin Marathon 2023 & Berlin Marathon 2025👋🥵🔥

More than grateful for this result at my first HYROX race 🤝 @marcogq23 but even more for what my body is capable of now.
Holding a 4’26 pace during the runs between the stations felt manageable. Something I honestly couldn’t have imagined last year.

Big thanks to @runningsociety.de for making me faster, @bsmt.gym + @eisbachfit for making me stronger and @latinhybridcrew for being such amazing support🥹🫶

These new skills are already changing my training, and I’m excited to show them again at the next competition.
