Something about handstands in airports is just so great. One of my coolest tricks I think… also the trick that took me the longest to figure out. Also it’s the most fun to do it on airport chairs.

I realized that I could make Acro tutorials by screen recording myself scrubbing through a video editor on my iPhone. I took a video of myself doing full mortalitos and full castaways with @solanacrowe. Listen with sound on. I plan to make more of these.

John had the idea of fish to f2f at this years @acroyogacalgary it felt crazy and it kinda is… 😅. But we managed to somewhat get it in a few reps

Also why is it so terrifying to get down from f2f on a new base.

@solanacrowe & @jacobbrownacro do a Foot to Foot pop to Mortalito. It’s a challenge to continue the motion in a pop down from bird. It’s a long way down and the motion tends to just stop. Then we tried with a Tarzan and we got that. Then we tried with a Mortalito. The first tries were fast and whippy. We slowed the rotation down until we got a natural feeling Mortalito. That’s another new move I got with Solana! Thanks for the patience and bravery! Sound on to hear the cheering and to hear @luka.what.i.can.do mention his love of barbecues.
