INTRODUCING our Solanti classes⬇️ We’ve been working behind the scenes to create classes that feel different — thoughtful, modern and designed to leave you feeling stronger, more energised and more connected to your body. Here’s what you can expect when you step onto the mat at Solanti… We’re not here to punish your body. We’re here to help you build one you feel really good in. Love, Bronagh & Josh x by @solantistudios

Mama & Baby Pilates x Milk It Share with your mum friends!! Our first Mama & Baby Pilates class is here. It’s a gentle 50 minute postnatal session with a specialist instructor and your little one right beside you on the mat. You can move, breathe and connect with other new mums. No stress about who’s going to look after your baby whilst you go to class, no stress about your baby crying in class, and a room full of people you can relate to. We’ve teamed up with @milk.it.bakehouse who provide support for breastfeeding mums through their cookie bakes so every mama goes home with a little treat from them. 🤍 🗓 Thursday 12th November at 10:30am 💛 Only 10 spots Members can book using their class credits and non members can book using a drop in credit Suitable for any mums with babies under 1 Link in bio to book ✨ #PostnatalPilates #SurreyMums #mumclubsurrey surreylife mumandbabyexerci by @solantistudios
Solanti x Oak Ash Lake event ! What an amazing evening filled with movement, laughter and connection. We had such a fun evening of Pilates, saunas, hot tubs, lake dipping and wood fired pizzas. Some people came alone and made a friend, some were members who brought friends and some had never even been to our studio but trusted us with this event! We started sol society events because we didn’t want Solanti to just be a studio with a class. We wanted to create experiences that make you feel good, connect you with others and make life feel good! So we’re really excited to plan what’s next! Xx by @solantistudios
Our new 6-week Core Foundations course is a gentle, progressive way to build real core strength, one Wednesday evening at a time. It’s led by the brilliant Harriet in a small group of just 10. Each week builds on the last, so you’ll actually feel how far you’ve come. You’ll also take home a simple 10-minute routine to keep you going between sessions. It’s perfect if you’re new to Pilates, nervous about starting, or just want to feel stronger and more energised in everyday life. 📅 Wednesdays, 6pm, starting 28 October 📍 Solanti Studios, Chertsey ✨ Only 10 spots Book now via the link in our bio, or send us a message with any questions. We’d love to help you find out if it’s right for you. #surreyfitness #pilatessurrey #yogasurrey #pilatescourse #surreylife by @solantistudios

Month 1 recap!! by @solantistudios
We really want to be able to create meaningful events that our community love. I love the idea of educational workshops that are chilled, cozy, welcoming and just fun. Loved this collab with @herwellness.app . Yas taught me so much about my cycle it’s actually embarrassing how little I know about my own body. So many more fun events to come! #founderlife #wellnessstudio #buildinginpublic #pilatesstudioowner #wellnessevents by @solantistudios
