🇬🇧 When pastry excellence meets technological innovation, the frozen experience enters a new dimension.

This summer, Pierre Hermé Paris partners with Solato, the revolutionary instant ice cream machine, to offer an innovative experience: two frozen creations ready in just one minute—no freezing, no preservatives.

Impressed by the precision and texture of ice cream made to order, Pierre Hermé has imagined two exclusive recipes:
Glace Infiniment Vanille: a blend of vanillas from Tahiti, Mexico, and Madagascar to create a unique signature vanilla flavor, complemented by crispy shortbread for a melting sweetness.
Sorbet Infiniment Framboise: an intense and tangy raspberry sorbet, elevated with crunchy raspberry bits.

Each creation combines creaminess and crunch for a tasting experience beyond cold.

Exclusively at 72 rue Bonaparte (Paris 6ᵉ) and at Café Odéon Pierre Hermé Paris, located at 126 boulevard Saint-Germain (Paris 6ᵉ).

Fall is already here and we are here to remind you: YOU CAN HAVE YOUR GELATO ALL YEAR LONG by @solato.official

Traditional gelato has a long journey. It’s made, frozen, stored, shipped, and stored again, sometimes for months, before it ever reaches your spoon. All of that time and energy goes into keeping something cold, and the result is rarely as good as it was in the first moment.

So we flipped it. Solato ships real ingredients in a capsule, not a tub of ready-made gelato, which means we don’t transport and store extra air and water. The gelato is only chilled once, right before serving, and that takes less energy than the usual process.

What you get is gelato at its best: silky, smooth, and never too soft or too hard, the way artisans always intended it to be. It’s made with carefully sourced ingredients, with no preservatives, and every portion is made just for you, so there’s no bulk-tub waste either.

Even the capsule is part of the plan. It’s recyclable, and it can double as your serving bowl first.

Better gelato, with a smaller footprint. That’s what SOLATO means to us. 🍦 by @solato.official

In a feed full of generated everything, we wanted to show you what the real thing looks like. A machine, a capsule, and a swirl made right in front of you🍦 by @solato.official

There's a reason gelato feels different from ice cream, and sorbet feels different from sherbet - it's not just the name. The ingredients, the ratios, even the texture all tell a different story. Swipe through to see exactly what sets each one apart, by the numbers. by @solato.official
