Each year, we have one goal, to impact and house at least 100 families each year. & we’re on track to do just that! Here’s our Q1-Q3 recap for @thesagefirm LOUISIANA! Congrats to every agent @thesagefirm & thank you to every client who chose us!

I know many don’t know how amazing what we’ve done as a firm is. We’re an independent real estate firm, black owned, woman owned, 100% bootstrapped business. Since November 2023, we’ve housed close to 300 families, navigated and dominated in one of what is being called the most challenging real estate markets, increased sales, PAID OUT REVENUE SHARE to agents, built a community like no other, and continue to thrive!

That’s a BIG DEAL, NO EASY FEAT, & we will celebrate it to no end! We celebrate year three next month, & I cannot wait to share with you all something super special🥹💚

AI marketing is a hard no FOR ME.
& here’s why:

I truly believe in industries like Real Estate, Law, or any built on relationships and trust, we should tread lightly with use of AI.

I still hire videographers, photographers, designers, hairstylist, make up artist etc to physically show up as myself through marketing. Yes it’s time consuming, & YES, it’s expensive, but it’s the cost of doing business.

Maybe I’m old school, Maybe I’ve got a point. Maybe I really love to show up, create and connect!

Business owners: Do you prefer authentic marketing, or AI?

“I always knew” is what I’ve said for YEARS now.

Even wrote a book about it, that I haven’t published yet, but will. There’s something about having certainty in your soul that makes your life come subject to what you already know. My life is simply catching up to my words right now & doing exactly what I told it to do.

Anybody who has known me longer than 5 years, & especially more than 10, will tell you “Everything that Sage is currently doing, she talked about YEARS AGO”.
I have not even done all that I plan to do, but I’ve done well for myself, & I’m so proud of me!

New shots shall we? HAPPY Q4!🎉
I took the month of September off to charge up and still somehow worked every single day. 😭
While off, between Louisiana & Texas, I’ve personally put
1.2 million under contract, a 900k listing being prepared to go live, 3 new pre approvals, & two new loan apps in.

That is not including the 1.5 million CLOSED at my firm @thesagefirm in September.

I am officially back & accepting new clients!
Here’s the deal tho. I’m pretty selective with who I choose to work with, & here’s the ONE criteria you must meet, you’ve got to want this as bad as I want you to attain it!
Yep, that’s it. & I’ve got it from there!
My books are open & I can’t wait to assist you & give you my one of kind experience that every one has raved about over the last DECADE!
