I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July weekend 🎇🇺🇸🦅 I like to give top-of-month real estate market updates but between being busy with my clients and the holiday, and this 20lb behemoth, I’m a bit behind 😅😺 Safe to say, we are (slowly) creeping back to neutral-market trends, be it slower than we would all like! Buyers are buying, sellers are getting what they’re asking for, and that signals a continuation of steadiness in the months moving ahead.
