Years later, my family lost our home during the 2008 financial crisis. That experience showed me how much the right guidance can shape someone’s future.

Mi historia en bienes raíces no empezó con ventas de casas ni con contratos. 🔑

Mi historia empezó cuando era niña, ayudando a mi mamá a limpiar casas mientras mi familia construía nuestra nueva vida en los Estados Unidos.

Años después, mi familia perdió nuestra casa durante la crisis financiera de 2008. Esa experiencia me enseñó lo importante que es contar con la orientación correcta para tomar buenas decisiones.

Desde ese momento entendí que bienes raíces es mucho más que solo un trabajo.

Para mí, comprar o vender una propiedad no es solo una transacción. Se trata de proteger tu patrimonio, tu futuro y todo el esfuerzo que has hecho para llegar hasta aquí.

I moved to the U.S. as a little girl, and so much of who I am today started with my family.

I grew up watching my parents work hard to build a life here. Then in 2008, they lost their home.

That experience stayed with me.

Years later, it became a big part of why I chose real estate. I know how emotional, confusing, and important homeownership can be, and I never want my clients to feel like they’re just another transaction.

For me, this career is personal.

From the little girl in those photos to helping people buy and sell homes in Los Angeles today… sometimes life really does come full circle. 🤎

Llegué a Estados Unidos cuando era niña, y gran parte de quien soy hoy empezó con mi familia.

Ayer fue uno de esos días que me recordó por qué estoy tan metida en esta carrera.

Pasé el día en REimagine, un evento de la California Association of REALTORS®, aprendiendo, tomando notas, conociendo gente y escuchando ideas que de verdad me dieron ganas de seguir creciendo.

Uno de mis momentos favoritos fue conectar por casualidad con una agente de Humboldt, donde viví tantos años. Qué pequeño es el mundo, y qué bonito sentir ese tipo de conexión.

Me fui agradecida, inspirada y todavía más emocionada por todo lo que estoy construyendo aquí en Los Ángeles.

Algunos le dicen obsesión. Yo le digo pasión. 🤎

Yesterday was one of those days that reminded me why I’m so invested in this career.

I spent the day at the California Association of REALTORS® REimagine event learning, taking notes, meeting people, and hearing ideas that genuinely made me want to level up.

One of my favorite moments was randomly connecting with an agent from Humboldt, where I lived for so many years. Such a small world and such a full circle moment.

I left feeling grateful, inspired, and even more excited about what I’m building here in Los Angeles.

Cuando hay menos compradores en el mercado, también puede haber menos competencia y más oportunidad para negociar.

Si las tasas bajan en el futuro y calificas, podrías explorar la opción de refinanciar. Pero lo más importante es que la compra y el pago mensual tengan sentido para ti hoy.

No tomes una decisión basándote solamente en la tasa.

Did you know Michael B. Jordan used to live here? 👀

This gem of a home is tucked into Upper Nichols Canyon on what people call Celebrity Row, a private pocket of the Hollywood Hills known for celebrity residents.

And once you see the property, it makes sense why.

Originally designed by architect Jeffrey Mills and later reimagined by OME DEZIN, the home blends California modernism with warm Brutalist details, natural stone, timber, and glass.

But the outdoor space is what really got me.

Over an acre with a pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, gardens, a waterfall, and even a mirrored sauna hidden among the trees.

The best part? I’m leaving the asking price out. 👀
