A duet with @claubarretto. It’s been a long long time, but I still remember how much I coveted that Star T-shirt. by @soleilnyc

Last Wednesday I was living my best life: I was out with my gorgeous husband in an awesome outfit styled head to toe by the amazing @nicole_swapsociety at @swapsociety (#vintage purse and #ysl heels, WHAT) The season’s hottest accessory, the booster bandaid, is my own.

My children were safe at home with uncle @adamturney_ and I was in a room of a thousand people getting ready to celebrate the life of #jonathanlarson as rendered onscreen by the genius @lin_manuel who I can’t even believe is a genius that exists on the same plane, place and time as the rest of us.

And genius finds genius because seeing my friend @robindejesus up there proves that great people cannot help but create great things.

This movie, this night, was a balm for the soul. Catching up with old friends @alacamoire and #linmanuelmiranda and meeting new ones in @joshuahenryofficial and also @jordanseavey @justinamachado @marissacreates @isabella.gomez @megancatoe #RobinFanClub Seeing dozens of friends up on the screen too like so many damn Easter eggs was icing on the cake. Don’t even talk to me about “Sunday”.

Please go see @ticktickboom. It will not only change what you think you can be, but will change how you perceive what you are. taken in Graumans Chinese Theatre by @soleilnyc

Well, this is it. The final weekend of this jewel of a show. I have to leave the island, and I’m not happy about it. This experience has been so precious. There are worse ways to come back to the theater after two years than with a diverse cast of the most kind hearted people I have ever met in the business (really. And I’ve met lots of people) in a beautiful, enormous theater with packed audiences “having the time of their lives” with a company that treats their employees like family in a part that I had no idea was a DREAM ROLE that allowed me to tap into all facets of my womanhood. Oh I’ll miss it so much. FOUR MORE SHOWS and then we ship off. Come say goodbye. @mccoyrigbyentertainment @lamiradatheatre #mammamia #diversity #inclusion #representasian taken in La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts by @soleilnyc
