Get a grip. 🔥

Sweaty hands and handles don’t mix. SIREN Grip Gloves are lightweight, sweat-wicking neoprene that feels like a second skin, so you can hold on through the burn.

New to grip gloves? Read our Grip Guide. The link is in our bio.

Don't give up on your form.

When your hands start slipping, your form goes first. Stay locked in, slow it down, and finish strong. That's the method.

Instructor tip: grip the handle lightly and let your core do the work.

Siren Mode: On. 🌊

Feet up, grip socks on—recovery is just as much a part of the method as the workout.

This is what an off-duty Siren looks like.

SIREN SPOTLIGHT 🧜‍♀️✨Malia Krahn - elevate_with_malia

What do you do? Tell us a little about yourself, your business, studio, or work.
I’m a certified lagree fitness instructor and Health + Wellness Coach who just started her own business! I’m passionate about people, especially women, living a life they love and being confident, strong, and healthy. I’m also a bride to be and do wedding planning with my mom! We recently launched @Bodamestra NYC. I stay busy with my work, but I also enjoy slowing down by enjoying long walks outside and being a homebody. I also love traveling and going out to new and favorite restaurants (I’m a huge foodie!).

What inspires you?
Seeing those who live their passion and never give up. Athletes and CEOs of all types are my idols!

What does movement mean to you?
Movement means celebrating your body and all that you’re capable of.

What are you most proud of right now?
I’m proud that I finally started my Health + Wellness Coaching business! This came after years of limiting beliefs and self-doubt keeping me down and playing it small. I’m still at the very begining of the road with a long way to go, but I’m super excited, a little scared, and very blessed.

How do you support or give back to your community? This could be volunteering, mentoring,
supporting other women, or simply something meaningful to you.
I am a huge supporter and involved with my fiance’s local union and a member of WIPA NYC. Through these organizations, I network and meet amazing community members, and we often volunteer and spend time quality time together.

What does “women supporting women” mean to you?
It means showing up as the big sister that you wish you had for others, or who you needed when you were younger.

Finish the sentence: “My Method is...”
My method is doing what you love and loving what you do, living authentically always. by @solemethod.shop
