Lately, being surrounded by dancers and artists has reminded me why I fell in love with movement in the first place.

These videos are from what feels like a lifetime ago, and watching them reminds me to appreciate every season as a dancer.

As dancers, we explore, we grow, we take breaks, come back, grow stronger, get humbled, and learn to move through different stages of life. Our bodies change. Our strength changes. Our confidence changes. And that’s something to honor.

A reminder to honor the body that carried you then, the body that carries you now, and the art that allows us to express ourselves in so many beautiful ways 🖤 by @solene.delune
