S O L H Y E

Every great story starts with love, and SolHye is ours. it’s a tribute, a love letter, and a legacy—we open the doors to a legacy, a space born from love, memory, and a passion for reimagining matcha and coffee.
SolHye is named after my mum, a woman whose warmth, strength, and spirit continue to inspire every cup we serve. She taught me the beauty of simple moments—of slowing down, of savoring, of finding comfort in a shared drink. This café is my way of keeping her spirit alive, by creating a space where people can pause, reflect, and experience the joy of a drink made with care.
Some cafés serve coffee. Some serve matcha. SolHye serves memories. Here, matcha and coffee are more than just drinks—they are rituals, connections, and emotions in a cup. Crafted with intention, deep appreciation for tradition, and a fresh perspective, SolHye is about revitalizing the way we experience these beloved brews.
This is more than a café. It’s an invitation to feel, to remember, to celebrate.
I hope you’ll stop by—not just to drink, but to be present, to share a story, to make a moment count.
