Captures From @solid.nj Open House & Block Party Celebration! 📸: @sirm00re

So much hard work & sacrifice has gone into getting this space to not only have from kids to come skate create & connect but to build a broader communal identity that has been missing for awhile. Togetherness is how we reach that goal. Intentional Care & Developing the trust of the community is what matters most. Thank you to everyone involved! This is for the kids in Paterson & the entire city to know that this exists! 🤞🏽💐📸 🛹 taken in Paterson, New Jersey by @solid.nj

See you later has been a motto of our Solid summer program for the past six weeks. With some kids needing to leave earlier and others joining in later, all have been welcomed into this family. And all we can say at Solid is, “ thank you” .
Our children have made the Solid summer program truly SOLID!
We would like to thank the parents who have supported us, we would like to thank the community that has embraced us, a special shout out to @krogersjones for all her amazing efforts in making sure that we are connected to Paterson in the right way.
Thank you @emksparks for your continued work as the program director.
Shout out to @ohitselicomedy for always bringing the energy.
Thank you @justrasheedg @pellizco_auditivo @xander.heelflips for being the best camp counselor’s kids could ask for.
@s_wolfe__ for creating a place that these kids can come to. by @solid.nj
