I absolutely loved Oslo and I’m so happy I added on this quick 2 day stop during my trip 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴 I will definitely be back to try the outdoor floating saunas and more museums!! 🏝️🖼️ I really enjoyed the walkability of the city and very easy access to nature within the city or shortly outside of it🚶🏻‍♀️also islands! With birds and cabins :) Thanks @marianaetchegaray for the spontaneous lake adventure! taken in Oslo, Norway by @solid.olive

Looking back at last year’s NYCMER Conference while looking ahead to 2026!

“Honored to have contributed to this presentation with the Queer Peers Peer Group, centering what it means to create truly welcoming and inclusive museum spaces for LGBTQ+ communities. From something as simple as sharing pronouns to rethinking how we show up for one another—these practices matter.”

- Huge thank you to Olivia Kielczewski ( @solid.olive ) for sharing this reflection. 🌈

✨Registration for the 2026 NYCMER Conference: Action! is now OPEN for Member Early Bird pricing available through April 17!

✨Not-yet-member registration opens April 20. Mark your calendars!

Don’t miss the chance to be part of these conversations—link in bio to register!
