2024 finals
I entered another huge #Squat performance
By lifting 980lbs in the classic raw ( wrapped)
Division.
I benched a not so glorious 450 but set me up for a massive total.
Unfortunately after getting my opener #deadlift at 725
I blew out my left bicep pulling 770 to try and secure a 2200 total.

Final out come
Squat-980
Bench -450
Deadlift -725
Total-2155

TODAY AT Republic Pro
I had a complete blast

Starting off the day
With a third attempt #squat 910lb 2nd heaviest Raw squat in masters history

Followed by a unfortunately to light third attempt #bench at 458lbs

And finshed off the Day with a 2nd attempt #deadlift of 734lbs. Attempted a PR 3rd at 790 but It was just put of reach today

I can only say I am Very Happy with the day as a whole thank you to everyone involved today from @tyler_tir and @texasironrepublicgym the @uspc_pro and @uspc_texas_official, and to all those that shared the platform today

March 15th and not the way I wanted it to go but
That's how it goes sometimes
Took 880lbs as a speedy opener
The 948 for a good 2nd attempt
Finally took 1015 as my first crack at a 1k+ squat and passed out 1/2 way up.
Don't really want to talk about the rest of the meet o never got back on track and finished with a 2061 total 5 out of 9 day

Weird, but that's the nature of this beast
If it always felt good you wouldn't grow, you would never be better, you have to love this to work thru the hard days and come back to it Stronger.
