A lovely guy on TikTok asked for a Bear Grylls impression...I listened to half a podcast with him and this is the result! Funnily enough I haven't listened to many 'motivational' podcasts or a bit (and also not that aware of all Bears great work) but Bear was mad Inspiring....so hopefully this isn't too much of a pisstake! Since making this I've started listening to his book, The Greatest Story Ever told (A bio of Jesus as told by eye witnesses which is pretty great) and have vaguely statlarted to work towards his gold standard "warm up" (25 Pull ups, 50 press ups, 75 squats and 100 pushups)...Dude is an absolute beast! @beargrylls taken in River Thames by @solocypher

Had an absolute blast @legolandwindsor the other day, not quite sure if me or the kids had the most fun, I had forgotten how absorbing a bit of @lego building can be and making little models with the kids was brilliant....of course the rides were brilliant and just right for the kids but the whole Lego world and Mini Land recreations of the whole world was just a dream to be absorbed in human creativity for two days. Huge shouts to the love of my life @shermashermz my fellow builder for making this such an epic summer trip!! taken in Legoland, Windsor by @solocypher
