On June 5, 2026, I finally reached my goal of benching 100 kg (225 lbs) on the bench press. My goal was to do it for just one rep, but I ended up doing three and that’s because God loves the Trinity. I’m really happy and grateful. Thank God!

My first marathon in my life. I had less then two months to be fit on this day, but it wasn’t enough. My max distance was 21,4 km in 1 hour and 48 minutes and it was last Sunday, so I run a marathon today in 4 hours and 12 minutes. My whole body was burning and aching, I was thirsty, I had stabbing pains, and I had cramps, but I made it thanks to God and David Goggins. Thank you, Lord and David Goggins !!!
