I love doing Script Analysis but if it stays in the intellect, you won’t get that juicy, full body, “lived in” experience we’re all looking for.

What is your body experiencing while reading the script? The body’s knowing is ancient, become aware, take notes, don’t push, just receive the signals. And play.

Next time you tape, give yourself time before jumping in to edit. Allow your body and brain to deinvolve so that you can view takes with critical eye, not the criticizing one. by @solshine787
