At Solstice, you’re not just building the company’s book of business — you’re building yours.

When you bring in a client, that relationship belongs to you. Your work. Your clients. Your future.

If you’re in sales and looking for a place where what you build actually stays with you, it might be time to see what Solstice is all about.

Two things in life are guaranteed: taxes and death. Uncle Sam is getting his either way.

The question is, are you making sure the people you leave behind are taken care of?

You have to want it — and you have to be willing to work for it.

if you’re not willing to put in the effort, you can’t expect the results. 📈

This guy put up $16.7K last week. 🔥

His biggest piece of advice? Put in the numbers.

Show up. Stay consistent. Put in the work. The numbers follow. 📈

5 office essentials that I can’t live without and why ⬇️

🎧 1. Epos: My headset is super important to me. Investing in a high quality headset ensures client hears little to nothing in the background, has clear audio, and it’s super reliable

💻 2. MacBook: Same thing with my epos, investing in good technology is incredibly important since I’m using it 10+ hours a day. Tracking leads, my book of business, team members, etc. EVERYTHING happens on this MacBook

🎥 3. DJI Osmo: Recording my work and creating content for you all is incredibly important to me and the business. Investing in a high quality camera so I can educate, inspire and share my knowledge with you all does wonders. I also go back and listen to previous sales calls to see how I can improve.

🙏 4. Prayer journal: Journaling helps me be in the now, think about my future and show gratitude for everything I have and everyone around me. This is one of the most important parts of my day to set me up for success

☕️ 5. Coffee: Working 70+ hour weeks, I’m going to need some coffee. Enough said
