Therapy Contrast at @anti.berlin
A space to find balance within the contrast.

Deeply grateful to experiment with meditation and sound through these temperature shocks.

I designed these sessions as a space to allow ourselves to feel, surrender to the moment, and experience different contrast
𖦹 heat and cold
𖦹 intensity and stillness
𖦹 the rational and the emotional
𖦹 power and peace

We allowed ourselves to move beyond the mind and feel the body so fully present that, for a moment, it disappears.

Thank you to everyone who was able to be part of this.

It’s been almost a year since Piel Magnética was released, and it’s never a bad time to bring it back, listen to it again, and, of course, play it once more. ✺

Today I want to expand it a little further and make the EP available as a free download ღ

For those who haven’t heard it yet, you can listen and download to the full EP SHA through the link in my bio.

__________
In 1966, the anthropologist Anne Chapman recorded the voice of Lola Kiepja, one of the last guardians and survivors of the Selk’nam people.
Thanks to those recordings, made shortly before her death, her voice remains alive and resonant.
Today, it stands as one of the most valuable sonic records of Indigenous shamanism in South America.
These chants were published by Smithsonian Folkways Recordings on the album Selk’nam Chants of Tierra del Fuego.
Despite the historical violence that sought to erase their existence, the Selk'nam people continue to fight for their connection to the land, the preservation of their memory, and the recognition of their identity.
☆ Lola Kiepja's voice is woven into the track "Eocene" by @prieste5s.

And what do you use your voice for? by @somacchia
